The 2014 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom XL1200C model is a true Harley Sportster custom motorcycle, just a little fatter and a little more custom than the other Sportster models. For 2014, Harley-Davidson Sportster models feature new comfortable ergonomically-designed hand controls, a powerful new braking system and available anti-lock brakes (ABS), inspiring a new level of confidence for the rider. The fat front tyre wrapped around a 16-inch wheel gives it a cool custom look and offers nimble handling. Stylistic components including new rear lighting, chrome 5-spoke cast wheels, and an old school looking pull-back handlebar give the Sportster 1200 Custom motorcycle unique H-D custom style with modern motorcycle functions. A two-up custom seat gives you just enough room to bring a passenger along on your journey. The Harley Sportster 1200 Custom model, like all H-D bikes, comes ready to be modified and accessorized to fit your body and personal style, but you can also choose from two pre-customized 1200 Custom Limited Editions: the 1200 Custom CA Limited edition is a tribute to American Stock Car racing, with drag-style handlebars and blacked-out styling features; the 1200 Custom CB features an overall blacked-out style for those with a taste for the dark side. The black powder-coated Evolution 1200cc Harley engine on all 1200 Custom models is rubber-mounted and air-cooled, featuring aluminium heads and cylinders for a lighter load and electronic fuel injection.
